He was so professional throughout and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect, especially as one of my trips is my first ever solo holiday. 
He made sure the hotel was in a safe, convenient location, thought about walking distances, excursions, what’s included, and explained everything clearly as it is my first travel abroad solo. 

He even helped me sort out payments and set up direct debits so I didn’t have to pay the full balance all at once for each of the trips.
